  So y’all know, e-readers didn’t kill the Borders bookstores

  Borders went bankrupt because they refused to adapt when e-readers entered the scene

  Barnes and Noble created the Nook and they’re thriving. Amazon’s got the Kindle and it’s practically the keystone of their business. 

  Saying e-readers killed Borders is like saying someone who refused vaccinations and died of the disease was killed by vaccines.
