Like, if it’s good, then I have two awesome modern Sherlock Holmes shows to watch. If it’s bad, I still have one, and the other does nothing to hurt me or the things I like.
Either way… Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu.
Bedtime sketch of the Holmes brothers in which Sherlock and Mycroft look like themselves, but also like Biney Moser and Agent Phil Coulson! Let me know if there’s anything else y’all would like me to draw!
And just as I got to the point of describing how clearly strained they were in making the show scream WE ARE A FRESH AND INTERESTING TAKE ON SHERLOCK HOLMES, my dad replied “Like that Sherlock Holmes movie set in mid-1970s New York with a black actor as Holmes?”
There was a long pause and he told me that it wasn’t a real movie. I was upset, because I would watch the shit out of that movie.

completemadman replied to your post: On “the Fandom falling apart.”
the BBC Sherlock fandom doesn’t seem to have this problem
The Doctor Who fandom once waited seven years for a new episode… And then, right after that, they waited again for nine years. Both times they were told there would be no more new episodes. I think the Hunger Games fandom can wait a few months for the bloggers to get something new to post about.
Here are the posters I did at the dining hall. Thought y’all would like to see them! I’ll try to print out a bunch for my room later on! Feel free to hang them wherever you please, but let me know if you do! It will make me happy!

Sherlock and Moriarty are doing a good enough job of shipping themselves that they don’t really need any assistance from me.

Haul from Free Comic Book Day yesterday. In addition to this graphic novel where Spider-Man meets Obama, the Wonder Woman, Batman, and Dalek buttons, and the sketch of myself, my sister, and Sherlock (by Alex Eckman-Lawn), I also got an Adventure Time comic, an issue of the New 52, and a preview of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo comic.
Some of it cost money, but it was at a major discount. Score!
