  So it makes sense that they’re trying to figure out how to make a TV that they can market as “4D TV.”

  Maybe this means I’ll finally be able to get a TV that can fast-forward live programs.

  I just want them to invent a bag of popcorn that has a consistent cooking time, and if you put it in the microwave for that amount of time, you won’t get burnt popcorn or a million unpopped kernels. 

  Does no one else dream of a day where you can put popcorn in the microwave and not have to stand next to it and use your best judgement to figure out when it’s done? Popcorn that, like almost anything else that is microwaved, can be left alone until the microwave beeps without fear of getting a bag of charcoal?
